At BridgeHead Software we recognize that you are responsible for delivering a service to your business. We recognize that this probably does not require, nor does it leave you, the time to become expert in every software system or application installed at your site. For this reason we have designed a complete set of implementation and training services for each of our product combinations.

The software may "do what it says in the manual" but that does not mean you should not have help implementing it.

Services is About People
It is people that implement software. It is people that get affected by software implementations. There are people in between these two groups. All involved form the implementation team. This team includes you, the customer, project management on our side and yours, users and subgroups affected by the installation. To succeed, the implementation approach needs to be built around both the business' requirements, user requirements and the people who are going to deliver on those requirements.

Implementation Starts with Customer Collaboration
The Statement of Work needs to reflect what you the customer wants and how we intend to deliver it. To that end, we consult with you prior to any implementation and ensure that we have the details of your configuration and the details of your needs from our software. We recognize that written specifications cannot capture all the detail. Some detail will only emerge as the implementation proceeds, but in our experience, if we start with the right collaborative approach these details are readily accommodated.

Knowledge Transfer and Training - We Leave You in Control
The nature of data management is that you do not want to be constantly having to come back to us for the running of your systems. At BridgeHead we have expert trainers for all our products. They are not only conversant in our products but also the environments in which they run. We have structured training courses which can be tailored to your unique environment or taken in their standard form.

Responding to Change
Things change, people leave, and new systems get deployed. We can work with you to ensure that these changes do not leave you exposed. Backup and Archive are underpinning tenets of any business and they must keep running smoothly. We can health check your systems on a regular basis, we can retrain your staff, and we can adjust your implementation to match the changes that have taken place. This can all be built into an annual service that runs concurrently with your support maintenance agreement.
