BridgeHead operates both a standard (8 x 5) and a premium (24 x 7) support service and we deliver a multi-point support structure:

  • Account Executives
    Who ensure that the software you receive from BridgeHead provides value to your organization and fits your needs
  • Technical Consultants
    From our Professional Services group who provide installation, configuration, and tuning assistance as well as product education
  • Customer Support Engineers
    From our Customer Support division who are responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of any difficulties, or problems, you may encounter in the installation and/or use of our products. Our engineers are well versed in the products they support, the manner in which our products are used and the environments in which they operate.

We strive to be better than the rest, to make your experience of BridgeHead Software a good one. In reality you only know if you are working with a good support organization when things go wrong.
