HDM Operators Course

Overview

This course provides the minimal knowledge and skills required for monitoring an installed Healthcare Data Management system. It covers the essential points so that you, or your staff, can ensure that the HDM system is performing correctly, and that HDM itself is adequately protected.

Target Audience

This course is for people who are responsible for the daily maintenance of a Healthcare Data Management system. It is recommended as a first course for staff at organizations where HDM skills have been lost due to staff turnover.

Delivery

Instructor-led eLearning is delivered by a BridgeHead expert using Webex Training Center, eliminating the time and expense of travelling. Webex Training Center is a specialized eLearning platform that facilitates interaction through, presentations, demonstrations, chat sessions, polling and laboratory access. Attendees are provided with a set of course workbooks containing complimentary material, enabling trainees to focus on the course rather than note taking.

BridgeHead offers regularly scheduled, public courses, which are open to all our customers. Pricing is ‘per person’ on a public course. Alternatively, BridgeHead can arrange dedicated customer courses which are charged on a ‘per class’ basis.
