Overview: This Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) offers NHS organisations a compliant route to procure digital and IT solutions, including services such as legacy system retirement, Clinical Data Repositories (CDRs), Vendor Neutral Archives (VNAs), and data migration. The DPS is designed to be flexible and responsive, allowing NHS bodies to efficiently meet their evolving digital needs.

3. Countess of Chester Commercial Procurement Services – Legacy Information Integration and Management (Legacy Systems & Data Migration)

Overview: This framework is tailored to assist NHS Trusts in sourcing services related to legacy system retirement, data migration, Clinical Data Repositories (CDRs), and Vendor Neutral Archives (VNAs). The framework offers a fully compliant route for all UK NHS bodies (and any future successors to these organisations). Contracts can be awarded through a direct award, or through a mini/further competition process.
