July marked the official launch of NHSX, a new organisation created to oversee digital, data and technology within the NHS. NHSX set out its mission to reduce the burden on clinicians and staff, so it can focus on patients, giving people the tools to access information, improve productivity and ensure clinical information can be safely accessed, wherever it is needed. Health Tech Newspaper reached out to healthcare industry leaders (featuring BridgeHead’s John McCann) for their opinions on the launch of NHSX and to comment on the 5 missions and what needs to happen to deliver them.
