Jim Beagle

President and CEO

Jim has worked in the technology, distribution and consulting markets for more than 25 years in director-level positions. As President and CEO Jim brings his expertise of delivering business growth and profitability to BridgeHead worldwide.

He previously was executive vice president of worldwide sales and services at CarbonFlow Corporation. Prior to that, he served as CEO of Extraprise International; divisional vice president of Object Design, Inc.; European director of UIS (one of the companies that formed Sprint) and a number of sales and marketing roles at ICL (now part of Fujitsu).

Jim holds an MBA from Henley Management College, as well as a Diploma in Management Studies from Kingston Management College, and a degree from the London School of Economics.

Tony Cotterill

Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Tony has worked in IT for more than 30 years with 25 of those years spent building and managing software businesses in the UK, Netherlands and USA.  As the founder of BridgeHead Software in 1994, Tony continues to lead the organization globally.

He previously managed the European subsidiary of Raxco Software following its merger with UIS, where he had established and led UIS’ overseas divisions to profitability.

Tony’s introduction to data and storage management was as an IT Director responsible for providing IT services to the civil engineering community. It was from this experience that he saw the need for an independent software provider that would focus on the complexities in data management.

Michael Ball

Chief Business Development Officer

Mike has worked in healthcare, biopharmaceutical and medical device markets for more than 20 years managing sales, marketing and services functions for European and US businesses. As SVP, North America, Mike uses his industry expertise to guide BridgeHead’s sales, marketing and services activities in the region.

He previously managed the marketing and professional services divisions for InfoMedics, Inc., a pharmaceutical marketing services provider and was a member of the senior management team at Phase Forward Inc., the company that pioneered the industry adoption of web-based clinical trials.

Mike holds a B.Sc. in Life Sciences from Aberdeen University and a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from The University of London.

Simon Peters

Vice President – Finance and Administration.

Simon has worked in various accounting and financial roles for more than 20 years. As Vice President – Finance and Administration, Simon is responsible for BridgeHead’s financial reporting and corporate governance functions.

He previously was the UK financial controller at Norman Disney & Young, an Australian engineering consulting services company. Prior to that, he was CFO at Camomille Associates, an investment management company and group financial controller at Eve Group PLC, a construction services company.

Simon qualified as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with Buzzacott, and holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Accountancy from City University, London.

Crispin Jewitt

Vice President, Products & Engineering

As Vice President of Products and Engineering, Crispin heads the Engineering Team and related technical functions, including QA/Testing and the Product Management functions, as well as technology direction and innovation.

Prior to joining BridgeHead in 2016, Crispin held the position of Director of Development at Sensium Healthcare, taking responsibility for all aspects of development of a patient monitoring system. Crispin has held a number of senior development management roles within dynamic start-up businesses and thrives on managing change and growth.

Crispin graduated from King’s College, Cambridge with a degree in Engineering and went on to do an Open University post graduate course in the ‘Foundations of Senior Management’.

 

Kenneth Wilson

Vice President, Global Services and Support

Kenneth has worked in various healthcare and non-healthcare organizations for over 36 years, with 20+ of those years spent in DEC VMS world.

As Vice President of Global Services and Support, Kenneth provides strategic direction of technical operations processes and procedures for our worldwide client base. He is responsible for the development of the Professional Services portfolio and managing external resources for solutions deployment.

Kenneth previously worked as a VMS System Management consultant for organizations in various industries to include healthcare, retail, and telecommunications.

John McCann

Vice President of Global Marketing

Working in tech marketing for almost 30 years, and specifically in health tech for the last 13 years, John is passionate about the issues faced by healthcare providers and is convinced that technology, when specified and implemented correctly, can be a ‘game changer’ in the delivery of patient care. At BridgeHead Software, John and his team are working to disrupt the myopia around healthcare applications instead supporting the view that data (and not applications) is the strategic asset by which patient outcomes and experience can be improved.

John caught the ‘technology bug’ after starting his career working for a marketing agency specializing in IT. Before joining BridgeHead Software, he held positions at Kerridge Commercial Systems, ADP Inc, Borland, and Micro Focus.

John lives in Berkshire with his wife and daughter. He holds a degree in Law with Film & TV Studies from the University Of Derby.

Darrell Bailey

Vice President of Global Sales

Recently promoted to Vice President of Global Sales following a series of new customer wins and a significant uplift in his team’s sales performance; Darrell has held several senior commercial roles and boasts a track record of success within healthcare over his 20-year career.

He is no stranger to the diverse nature and specific requirements associated with healthcare provision across the region, and has helped many organisations to address their challenges, from digital transformation projects in the UK’s NHS to assisting in the Health Insurance markets in the Middle East. Having worked for some big names in healthcare IT, including Atos, Sensely, Carestream (now Philips) and Sectra, Darrell also demonstrates a deep understanding of the technology landscape, ranging from AI and Machine learning through to Enterprise Imaging.

Darrell loves to travel, is a keen golfer and an avid reader of science fiction – that is when his hands aren’t tied chasing his three kids.

Robin Greisdoff Moore

Vice President of Administrative and Corporate Affairs

Robin’s career spans over 35 years in the technology sector. As a founding member of BridgeHead Software, Inc., Robin has held a broad spectrum of roles devoted to organizational growth and cultural excellence since 1998.

In her current role, Robin supports employees, customers, business partners, and governmental entities with a focus on compliance, contract management, corporate policies, legal support, and general business guidelines for BridgeHead’s North American organization. Robin also manages the HR function for North American operations.

Robin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts and a post-graduate certificate from the Cornell School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Georgina Hurst

Vice President of Sales – UK and Ireland

Georgina has worked in IT Sales for more than 20 years, specifically in healthcare tech for the last eight years. As Vice President of Sales for the UK and Ireland, Georgina has responsibility for a sales team driving significant growth in the NHS and private healthcare organizations for both new business and account management.

Before joining BridgeHead Software, Georgina held various director positions in the UK and across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, at Dell Technologies, Hewlett-Packard, VMTurbo, and other start-up companies. Prior to working in technology, Georgina worked for Pan American Airways in Sales and Marketing and started her career in Germany in the hotel business.

Georgina lives in Surrey with her husband, two children, and labradoodles. She grew up in Thailand and Indonesia and moved to Germany where she met her husband. She spends her free time playing golf, meeting with friends, and cooking.

Gareth Griffiths

Executive Director

Gareth has worked with systems design, product management, and leading software development teams for more than 30 years. As a founding member of BridgeHead Software, Gareth is responsible for the development and technology plan for all of BridgeHead’s products and solutions.

He previously led VMS technical development groups at Raxco-UIS and was technical director for software at MTI and subsequently, at MultiStream. Gareth has kept what is now the BridgeHead core development team together through several company mergers and acquisitions. He was instrumental in the management buyout that allowed BridgeHead to acquire and grow the development group and the technology portfolio that is the basis of the company’s business today.

Gareth holds a BA (Hons) in Mathematics from Oxford University.
