HDM Backup Administration with MEDITECH Course

Overview

This course provides instruction for protecting and recovering your MEDITECH and enterprise Healthcare Data environment. This course discusses, and demonstrates, the principles of healthcare data management, including the MEDITECH Hospital Information System (HIS), using only the backup components of the Healthcare Data Management (HDM) platform.

Target Audience

This course is an entry level course for systems administrators, systems support and installation personnel who are responsible for the installation, configuration, data retrieval and maintenance of Healthcare data using HDM in an environment that includes a MEDITECH HIS.

Delivery

Instructor led eLearning is delivered by a BridgeHead expert using Webex Training Center, eliminating the time and expense of travelling. Webex Training Center is a specialized eLearning platform that facilitates interaction through, presentations, demonstrations, chat sessions, polling and laboratory access. Attendees are provided with a set of course workbooks containing complimentary material, enabling trainees to focus on the course rather than note taking.

BridgeHead offers regularly scheduled, public courses, which are open to all our customers. Pricing is ‘per person’ on a public course. Alternatively, BridgeHead can arrange dedicated customer courses which are charged on a ‘per class’ basis.
