Course Syllabus


There are advanced settings and features within FileStore that significantly improve archiving and retrieval performance. This course explains the benefits of these advanced settings and how to apply them using the example of a MEDITECH SCA module.

Attendees will learn to modify their existing environment to utilise these advanced settings and features.

Target Audience

This course is designed for IT administrators who have experience with the basic set of the HDM archiving features and need to improve the performance of their archiving systems.


Instructor-led eLearning is delivered by a BridgeHead expert using Webex Training Center, eliminating the time and expense of travelling. Webex Training Center is a specialized eLearning platform that facilitates interaction through, presentations, demonstrations, chat sessions, polling and laboratory access. Attendees are provided with a set of course workbooks containing complimentary material, enabling trainees to focus on the course rather than note taking.
