FileStore Administration Course

Overview

This course provides instruction for maintaining and extending FileStore, the general archiving component of your HDM platform. Participants will learn how to use the graphical interfaces to configure repositories for storing data, offline locations for writing data, policies for choosing data, and objects for scanning data.

Target Audience

This course is designed for IT administrators who have experience with the backup facilities of the HDM platform and wish to take advantage of the file archiving features.

Delivery

Instructor led eLearning is delivered by a BridgeHead expert using Webex Training Center, eliminating the time and expense of travelling. Webex Training Center is a specialized eLearning platform that facilitates interaction through, presentations, demonstrations, chat sessions, polling and laboratory access. Attendees are provided with a set of course workbooks containing complimentary material, enabling trainees to focus on the course rather than note taking.

BridgeHead offers regularly scheduled, public courses, which are open to all our customers. Pricing is ‘per person’ on a public course. Alternatively, BridgeHead can arrange dedicated customer courses which are charged on a ‘per class’ basis.
